How long will my order take?

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production, plus delivery time. UK orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days.

Can I personalise every item?

Yes! Every product is made especially for you. You choose the name, date, colours and wording. If you have a special request just drop me a message before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–14 working days.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete. If you don't see it, please check your junk folder or get in touch.

Can I make changes after I've placed my order?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change. As items are made to order I can usually help if you get in touch quickly, but changes may not be possible once production has started.

What if my item arrives damaged?

I take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives damaged please email me with a photo within 48 hours and I'll sort it out straight away.
