Personalised Products
All CleverCHIC products are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer. Please ensure all spelling, dates, names, and uploaded information are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to help, however changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Once an item has entered production, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.
Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed or dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class with free delivery included.
International orders are shipped using Royal Mail international services. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
USA orders include prepaid duties and taxes where applicable.
CleverCHIC is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer input errors.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We make every effort to display product colours and designs accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, and printing processes.
Intellectual Property
