How do I add my personalisation details?

Simply fill in the personalisation fields on the product page before adding to your basket — name, date, wording or any other details. If you have a special request or need something slightly different, just leave a note at checkout or get in touch before ordering.

How long will my order take?

All items are handmade to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for production. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days. Need it for a specific date? Drop me a message and I'll do my best to help.

Can I see a proof before it's made?

For most standard orders I'll get started straight away to keep things moving. If you have a particularly specific or complex request, just get in touch and I'll happily send you a preview before production begins.

What if I've made a mistake in my personalisation?

Please double-check all spellings and dates before placing your order as items are made exactly as requested. If you spot an error straight after ordering, contact me immediately and I'll do my best to correct it before production starts.
